I respect the opinions of Karen Attiah as well as her Washington Post colleagues George F. Will and Kathleen Perkins.
All have written eloquently, passionately and persuasively about the current debate on America’s college campuses about race, language and sensitivity.
It would be interesting to listen to the three speaking to each other about this and related issues of diversity, grievance and history.
I suspect their conversation would be a good example of how persons with divergent perspectives can have civil discourse without the language that currently separates rather than enlightens us.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in America.
